This is a complimentary one hour session to de-stress and to learn all about the benefits of meditation. Also included in the hour is some gentle stretching, breath of calmness, and how to increase focus and concentration. You will need to bring your own mat or use a chair. Be sure to wear comfy clothes! No prior experience needed!
